Internal Medicine

Internal Medicine is a medical specialty that covers the diagnostic and medical treatment instead of surgical.  It is dedicated to the integral attention of the adolescent or adult patient; it covers diseases from all the system and organs, and most of all of patients with complex or multiple organs pathologies.  It studies and investigates everything related to chronic pathologies and their exacerbation process.

The internist commonly known as the adult’s pediatrician is the intern medicine professional, trained to control your health and keep you healthy, with a knowledge well balanced in its depth and extension that can provide an integral attention, solve problems related to several systems.

He determines the need to intern the patient, treat him as outpatient or ask from consultation with other specialists that may help to attend the patient.
